Southwire’s Triplex (By-the-Foot) 4/0-4/0-2/0 Black Stranded Al Sweetbriar URD Wire is used for secondary distribution and underground service. It can be used for direct burial or in ducts. The aluminum conductors are made stranded, compressed and available paralleled. 2-phase conductors and one neutral conductor are cabled together to form the triplex cable configuration.
