Honeywell’s popular Winter Watchman allows a simple protective solution to preventing frozen pipes when you are away. Simply plug the unit into a lamp near the front of your home, and if the temperature dips below a preset level in your home that could cause pipes to freeze and burst, the unit flashes the lamp light to alert neighbors that there is a problem.
